Corie Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Corie web application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Corie is a web application that helps marketers manage their in-product communications with users. The Service provides tools for creating, customizing, and managing in-product messages such as announcements, blogs, and product updates.

6.1. The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Corie and its licensors.

6.2. The Corie name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Corie or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Corie.

7. Termination

7.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Corie, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Disclaimer

9.1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

9.2. Corie does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Governing Law
